在法語(yǔ)合同中，與時(shí)間相關(guān)的條款至關(guān)重要，正確使用介詞及時(shí)間短語(yǔ)可以明確規(guī)定合同各方的義務(wù)和權(quán)利的時(shí)間范圍。

1.pour

①表示最后的期限

②表示持續(xù)的一段時(shí)間

如

Le rapport doit être soumis pour la fin du mois.

英語(yǔ)譯文: The report must be submitted by the end of the month.

中文譯文: 報(bào)告必須在本月底前提交。

2.avant + 時(shí)間點(diǎn)，“在...之前”

如

Un deuxième rapport devrait être présenté avant le 31 décembre 2012.

英語(yǔ)譯文：A second report should be presented by 31 December 2012.

中文譯文：第二份報(bào)告應(yīng)于2012年12月31日前提交。

3.depuis+時(shí)間段，“已經(jīng).../...以來(lái)”

Depuis le début du deuxième trimestre 2009, une reprise économique semble se mettre en place.

英語(yǔ)譯文：An economic recovery seems to be taking shape since the beginning of the second quarter of 2009.

中文譯文：自2009年第二季度初以來(lái)，經(jīng)濟(jì)似乎正在復(fù)蘇。

需要注意的是：

①動(dòng)詞常用現(xiàn)在時(shí)，因?yàn)閯?dòng)作持續(xù)至今

②quitter、partir、arriver、entrer等完成體動(dòng)詞（短暫動(dòng)詞），要用復(fù)合過(guò)去時(shí)。

4.dans+時(shí)間段，（相當(dāng)于英語(yǔ)中的in）“...之后；再過(guò)...時(shí)間”

如

Ce contrat prendra effet dans 15 jours à compter de la signature.

英語(yǔ)譯文： This contract will take effect in 15 days from the date of signature.

中文譯文: 本合同將在簽署日期起15天后生效。

5.en+時(shí)間段，（相當(dāng)于英語(yǔ)中的within）表示在...時(shí)間內(nèi)...（完成一件事）

如

Le projet doit être terminé en six mois à compter de la date de début.

英語(yǔ)譯文: The project must be completed within six months from the start date.

中文譯文: 項(xiàng)目必須在開(kāi)始日期起六個(gè)月內(nèi)完成。

6.pendant +時(shí)間段，“在...期間”

Le prestataire fournira les services pendant une durée de six mois à compter de la date de début du contrat.

英語(yǔ)譯文: The provider will provide services for a duration of six months from the start date of the contract.

中文譯文: 服務(wù)提供商將從合同開(kāi)始日期起提供為期六個(gè)月的服務(wù)。
